The annual platform fee unlocks unlimited seats and core analytics. Credits cover pay-as-you-go AI usage (JD generation, phone minutes, video interviews). Unused credits expire at renewal.

For Growth and Enterprise tiers, a percentage (0.5 – 0.15 %) applies only to placement revenue beyond the seat limit included in your plan. No fee is charged on hires within the base allowance.

Annual contracts yield the lowest rate. Month-to-month is available for pilots; credits are billed monthly at the same unit price as annual plans.

Refund

Refund & Cancellation FAQ

Policies for credits, pilots, and annual subscriptions.

Yes. The 30-day pilot is zero-cost and cancellable anytime. All data can be exported before termination.

Unused credits expire at the end of the contract term and are non-refundable, but you can top-up at any time in batches of 10 000.

If monthly uptime drops below 99.5 %, we issue service credits equal to 5 % of that month’s platform fee for every additional 30-minute outage.
