How long does setup take?
Most customers connect their ATS and job boards in under two hours. Our team provides a guided onboarding session at no extra cost.
Do recruiters need technical skills to use Scrini?
No. Scrini is a no-code, drag-and-drop interface. Recruiters work in their familiar ATS; Scrini runs behind the scenes.
Is Scrini SOC 2 compliant?
Yes. We maintain a SOC 2 Type II report covering security, availability, and confidentiality. Summary available under NDA.
Where is data stored?
Data is hosted in AWS Mumbai and Frankfurt regions. Clients can request EU-only storage for GDPR needs.
Does Scrini use candidate data to train its public models?
No. Candidate data is processed strictly for each Client’s recruitment workflow and never used to train or fine-tune publicly shared AI models.
Which ATS platforms are supported?
Native connectors: JobDiva, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and more. Custom REST or CSV sync is available for niche systems.
Can Scrini push candidate notes back to our ATS?
Yes. Two-way sync writes Smart Rank scores, interview summaries, and status changes directly to the candidate profile in your ATS.
Do integrations require developer effort?
No-code OAuth setup covers 90 % of connectors. For bespoke workflows, our solutions team can build a Scrini workflow in a few hours.
Can I cancel during the pilot?
Yes. The 30-day pilot is zero-cost and cancellable anytime. All data can be exported before termination.
Are unused credits refundable?
Unused credits expire at the end of the contract term and are non-refundable, but you can top-up at any time in batches of 10 000.
What if Scrini misses the SLA?
If monthly uptime drops below 99.5 %, we issue service credits equal to 5 % of that month’s platform fee for every additional 30-minute outage.
What is the difference between platform fee and credits?
The annual platform fee unlocks unlimited seats and core analytics. Credits cover pay-as-you-go AI usage (JD generation, phone minutes, video interviews). Unused credits expire at renewal.
How is the success fee calculated?
For Growth and Enterprise tiers, a percentage (0.5 – 0.15 %) applies only to placement revenue beyond the seat limit included in your plan. No fee is charged on hires within the base allowance.
Can we pay month-to-month?
Annual contracts yield the lowest rate. Month-to-month is available for pilots; credits are billed monthly at the same unit price as annual plans.
