How does Scrini AI’s pricing model work?
Scrini AI operates on a hybrid model of subscription + credits.
- The subscription fee gives you access to the Agentic Hiring OS, workflows, dashboards, and integrations.
- Credits are consumed whenever you run tasks such as AI resume screening, AI phone calls, video interviews, or whiteboard assessments.
- You’re charged only when a task is completed successfully. This ensures transparency and fairness in how you’re billed.
Do I get charged for failed or incomplete tasks?
No. If a task fails due to technical issues (e.g., dropped AI phone call, incomplete workflow execution, or API failure), credits are not deducted
- Our system logs both successful and failed tasks, and you can audit this in your admin panel.
- Only validated completions consume credits.
Are credits refundable?
Credits are non-refundable and cannot be converted back into cash or monetary reimbursement. They are designed for usage flexibility within your subscription period.
- Once purchased, credits must be consumed within the validity period.
- Refunds are not provided even if you decide not to use them.
Do credits roll over if I don’t use them all?
Unused credits expire at the end of your subscription term. They do not roll over into the next cycle.
- This helps us maintain predictable infrastructure and service allocation for all clients.
- We recommend choosing a package aligned with your average monthly hiring activity.
Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?
Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your plan). These fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel mid-term.
- You can cancel anytime; your access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
- After cancellation, the subscription will not renew.
What if I was incorrectly charged for a task?
If you believe credits were deducted in error (e.g., a candidate didn’t receive an interview invite but credits were consumed), you can raise a dispute by emailing support@scrini.ai within 7 business days
- Our support team will validate the logs.
- If confirmed, the equivalent credits will be restored to your account balance.
- Compensation is provided in credits only, not cash refunds.
Do you provide refunds for service outages or downtime?
In the rare case of extended outages (over 24 hours in a billing cycle), Scrini AI may issue service credits at its discretion.
- Service credits can be used for future tasks.
- They are not redeemable for cash.
