We store data in AWS regions located in the United States and the European Union. When data is transferred internationally, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision to safeguard the information.

Data Retention

Client Data is retained for the lifetime of the subscription plus 90 days. Candidate Data retention is controlled by the Client; Scrini automatically purges Candidate PII 30 days after the Client deletes it or upon contract termination, whichever comes first.
