Refund Policy

At Scrini AI Tech LLP (“Scrini”, “we”, “our”), transparency and fairness are core to how we do business. This Refund & Credit Policy explains how charges, credits, and refunds are handled for our Services.


1. Usage-Based Charging

  • Scrini AI operates on a credit-based usage model.

  • Credits are consumed only for completed tasks (e.g., successful candidate screening, completed AI calls, scheduled interviews, or workflows that reach completion).

  • Failed tasks (e.g., dropped calls, incomplete automations, system errors) will not deduct credits from your balance.


2. Non-Refundable Credits

  • All purchased credits are non-refundable.

  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary reimbursement under any circumstances.

  • Credits are valid for use during the active subscription term and expire at the end of the term if unused. Expired credits do not roll over.


3. Subscription Fees

  • Subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are billed in advance and are non-refundable, even if you stop using the Service before the end of the billing period.

  • Downgrades or cancellations will take effect at the next renewal date; no pro-rated refunds are issued.


4. Service Interruptions

  • In the rare case of a prolonged service outage (greater than 24 hours of downtime in a billing cycle), Scrini may, at its sole discretion, provide service credits as compensation.

  • Service credits are applied to your account for future use and are not redeemable for cash.


5. Disputed Charges

  • If you believe you were incorrectly charged for a task, you must notify us within 7 business days of the charge.

  • Upon validation, we will issue equivalent credits back to your account balance.
